"Nevon/Sketcho are great to work with. He is very knowledgeable in the building sciences and executed my ideas/vision precisely. I had a somewhat complex residential renovation/addition, where I am converting a church into a residence, and had the added complication of my site being in a flood zone; additionally, construction will be completed in multiple phases. I was a little apprehensive about hiring someone remotely. Especially someone who was not in the US, as the building code differs from country to country.
